The following publications are all downloadable for personal use only and are available in Portable Document Format. Reproduction is forbidden without explicit permission.

Please note that some .pdf files have been created with ps2pdf, which is known to have some (few) glitches. If you have problems printing them correctly, please contact me for the original version. Additionally, the marked papers use CMR fonts (complete paper *, maths only +), which do not reproduce very well in some pdf viewers. They print fine on 300 dpi printers, though, and look good enough in recent viewers.
